What kind of Internet Browser do I need to use WHL?

  • Windows or Apple (OS X):
    • Internet Explorer 8+
    • Google Chrome 26+
    • Apple Safari 5.1+
    • Mozilla Firefox 12+
  • Android or Apple (iOS):
    • Android Browser 4.0+
    • Apple Safari 5.1+
    • Google Chrome 26+
  • Additional browser requirements:
    • JavaScript must be enabled.
    • Cookies must be enabled.
    • Adobe Flash Player.
Known Issue: There is a known issue with Internet Explorer. The drop down menus appear behind the page content so you cannot properly view them. In order to resolve this, you need to go to Tools, Compatibility View Settings and uncheck the bottom box "display web sites in compatibility view".

The log in or the temporary password feature is returning an error: On August 28, 2013, a new Workhealthlife web site was launched. All users are required to re-register. If you have not re-registered, please do so in order to create your new profile and enjoy full access to site features and services.  If you have re-registered, your profile might be locked as a result of trying to log in too many times with the wrong password. If you believe your profile is locked, please indicate so in the form below. You will not be able to log in or use the temporary password feature until we unlock your profile.
